Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, or if I did focus order wrong but my troops just get rolled over by Fengtian and Japan. They pushed the League from the Legation City and nobody could break them, is this gg? If so, how do I win as these guys? I even tried making some Cliques side with me through custom game rules.
