Greetings!

My wife and I just bought a 2011 CR-V for our daughter’s first car. Has 106k miles. I have already done the first oil change, replaced the air filter. I have plans to service the transmission (OEM fluid on the way), rear diff(OEM fluid again), spark plugs, coolant flush, and power steering flush. Rear brakes are worn and I have all Wagner pads/rotors on the way to replace front and rear(will flush brake fluid at the time of replacement).

What other maintenance items should I consider doing? What are some of the common issues that I should be on the lookout for?
