Glasgow - going from 2 houses to 1
For context, neither of us are in a house large enough to accommodate both of us and my partners 7 year old child. We have considered all the possibilities around that and it's just not feasible for more than a month or two month when taking into account working from home etc.
Ideally we would make an offer on a house based on us both selling and it would be similar to any other chain. With the market the way it is, there's no sellers that would be likely to go for that as other buyers would be more straight forward. We are fairly comfortable that we would be able to sell both our homes quickly but houses we both like seem to be quite rare.
Does anyone have any experience, advice or ideas on how to navigate a couple selling two houses in order to move in together in a bigger place?
