Need some advise

I had my first IUl last month, but unfortunately it wasn't successful.

For the sperm wash and procedure, I have to travel about 3 hours each way, so it was 3-4 hours travel after insemination of sperm. I choose to do shopping after that to keep myself happy. A few days after the insemination, I also did some running and was quite physically active.

I've been wondering if that could have affected anything. For those who have gone through IUI and gotten successful results. What precautions did you take after the procedure?

Is there anything you feel actually helped or made a difference for you? I'd really appreciate any advice or experiences you can share.

My case-
Left tube is closed, minor PCOS and adenomyosis.
egg size was 20 before insemination.
Sperm count was good 16 million after wash.

Medicine- Prenatal, COQ10, Omega 3, vitamin D3, letrozole, ovideral trigger shot and progesterone after IUI.
