Had new gate installed whilst I was at work, (away from home) and the contractor installed these hinges (facing outward to street) which make it useless for security and offend my eyes every time I see them. Are there different hinges that can be put on the inside of the gate that will allow the panel to swing out, and if so, what can I do to patch the holes from the screw holes left from the current hinges?
