Disney infinity 3.0 Cut skin: Slave leia
I never seen people mention these two concept art pieces that were made by Jenny Harder (Concept and Storyboard Artist) and i wanna discuss them cause they're interesting to say the least.
1st concept art is a star wars moodboard made for disnsy infinity and zooming in ep 6 section we see leia wearing her slave outfit but for some reason leia has her hair buns instead of her ponytail, why? Its unknown since there wouldn't be any reason to change it to the hairbuns??? Onto the 2nd concept art piece it shows a laundry rail slides for tatooine and one of the clothes we see is slave leia's outfit but for why is this here im gonna assume its a easter egg cause why else would it be there like i don't think you would of change your skins this way but it would be interesting if that EVER was the plan.
And that's all the concept art/any media we have of slave leia for disney infinity 3.0 or at least i assume cause there could be more that aren't released but we don't know, but what if she was in the game? The 4th image is a fanmade drawing by steve james shows what she could possibly look like if she made it into the game while showing her as a figure too.
I believe she's scrapped because if she's never planned then why include her on concept art, i get the laundry rail since it could be a reference but at the same time idk. My theory on this is that she was considered at one point but got scrapped most likely because of how disney feels about slave leia so they scrapped her along with the whole jabba's section of the story but who knows, what do you guys think about this? 🤔
