Hi all,

Wanted to check if anyone with a similar timeline has received their H4 / H4 EAD approval.

H1B extension (premium) receipt date: March 27

H1B approved: April 17

H4 EAD biometrics completed: April 24

Currently still waiting on both H4 and H4 EAD.

I understand these usually take time, but I’ve seen a few cases where H4/H4 EAD got approved within days after H1B approval, so just trying to gauge current timelines.

Would appreciate if anyone with a similar case can share their experience. Thanks!

My H1B I-129 (premium processing) got approved on April 17, but my attorney is still waiting for the I-797 approval notice hard copy.

Is anyone in a similar situation recently?

How many calendar days is it taking these days to receive the approval notice in mail after approval?

Trying to understand current timelines. Thanks!
