Ive just had bloodwork done since I started wegovy and the doctor called to tell me that my bloodsugar level was a 6 which he explained is pre-diabetes and I need to get it lower. I havent been eating anything in the past month to raise my level infact ive been eating healthy and drinking water. My bloodsugar was always normal before I started wegovy, how do I fix this? I don't want to stop taking wegovy as its working and ive already lost 7lbs in 4 weeks.

I have had zero side effects except the usual signicantly decreased appetite, no food noise. Ive learned to eat small snacks (meals) every few hours and protien......however since friday the i took my 4th .25 injection ive been exhausted and cant even do small meals. Today I only managed a banana and then my protien drink. I also needed to do groceries and barely bought anything.

So I had my first shot and the effects were hugely noticeable the following morning. I could hardly eat, it took me an hour to eat a cereal bar and even then I felt it in my throat the rest of the day and couldn't eat till the next day.

So first shot was last friday and I have now noticed it has worn off (Wednesday). The silence is still there although slightly different, and I've noticed that the pain i had before shot is now back and worse. I have 2 days til 2nd injection
