I like to think our Hispanic population feels welcome here. I'm sure that is mostly folly but I wonder if some may be intimidated into not voting.
I am seeing many tactics deployed to try to stifle minorities. I hope Dalton minorities feel like equals here. Well, as equal as anyone can be without being a good old boy.
