Urgent sublet in Allston! Private room in 3br, rent is $1260/month
I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3 bed, 2 bath starting 6/1. You’d get a private bedroom and share one bathroom with just one other roommate.
Rent: $1260 + utilities
The apartment has central AC, an elevator, and two laundry rooms on the first floor (4 washers & 4 dryers). There’s also a spacious parking lot in the back (about $200/month). The building is well-kept and maintenance is always friendly and quick.
Location is great, only 2 minutes from the Harvard Ave Green Line stop, and super close to all the great restaurants in Allston and Coolidge Corner.
No undergrads, female only. No pets, sorry!
