am i missing out on anything by not shooting full manual?

ive been shooting for about two years now and i basically shoot at aperture priority 99% of the time and shutter priority occasionally when the situation necessitates. the only time i ever touch manual mode is when im scanning film negatives.

id say i have a pretty solid grip on what changing aperture/shutter/iso does but ima be honest i wouldnt be able to meter off the top of my head when i just look at a scene. is there anything im missing out on by not shooting full manual or getting comfortable with metering with my eye?

EDIT: guys im aware that cameras have meters. im making the point that it feels slower to use the camera meter and then manually set the exposure settings after looking at the meter. and since i cant meter off the top of my head, it feels especially slower. so hence the question, "am i missing out on anything by not shooting full manual"

im an avid runner and occasionally like to take pictures during my run. ive been carrying my GR IV and ive noticed that the sensor shakes while it's in my hand. will this damage the IBIS or sensor if i take it out on my runs frequently?
