Hey, nice to meat you.

Looking for advice on how best to take a couple drops of 2% lugols iodine. How do most ppl take it if you choose to supplement it? I was thinking to just put it in a shot glass with a Oz of water and shoot it. I dont want to taint an entire glass of water if possible.
