Anyone else’s ovary look like this during lap?

Hi all. I had a lap 6 months ago with a surgeon who wasn’t an endo specialist. I got diagnosed with endo and am seeing a specialist clinic in three months. I think the surgeon missed endo in my surgery 6 months ago. I’ve attached some photos. The first one shows what a healthy ovary vs endo affected ovary looks like (I found this online). The second image I’m pretty sure is my non-endo affected ovary above and my endo affected ovary below and the final image is the small bit of obvious purple endo the surgeon removed. I think my ovary with the endo on looks whiter and bigger like the endo affected ovary example but the surgeon only removed the really obvious dark endo spot. I wondered if anyone can see what I mean/ whether your endo affected ovary or ovaries looked something like the one of mine I’m talking about? I’m back to being in pain so trying to piece the puzzle together a bit to keep me sane before I see the specialists. Thank you.

Do you think my surgery photos show more endo than the surgeon flagged?

Hi all. I’m 6 months post lap and in the surgery I was diagnosed with stage 2 endo on only a couple of areas. It was easy to see the endo on the images as the spots were very obvious. 6 months after surgery and I’m almost back to the same level of pain/ symptoms as before. I’m on the waiting list to see an endo specialist clinic but I thought I’d revisit my surgery photos to see if I could spot anything they might have missed (not that I have any medical training lol). To me, it looks like there might be some shiny/ white films and thin filmy adhesions. Can anyone else see it or is it just me? If you have similar on your imaging, I’d be very interested to know what your specialist said about it. Thanks!
