Joining the trend, MK interactions with Varkas
Okay, so here is Varkas's character and abilities summarized:
He hails from the 5th dimension, where he fought and did battle for the love of the game. He eventually defeated EVERY being in the 5th dimension, those beings began to be scared of Varkas, leaving him with no opponents. So, he went to a specific place in the 5th dimension where the boundary between dimensions was weak, Varkas focused his kinetic energy into one single reality shattering blast, tearing a hole in space. He then jumped through to hole and crossed into the 3rd dimension, here he would seek out brand new opponents to fight.
Abilities include his 5th Dimensional Physiology, on the outside Varkas is tangible to 3rd dimensional entities and objects, meaning he can be harmed physically. But mentally or spiritually? It doesn't work on him, since his brain and soul are still 5th dimensional, making them immune to 3rd dimensional attacks that target those specific things.
Cell Manipulation, allows Varkas to manipulate the cells of anyone he touches or even his own cells. Self application allows him to shapeshift, grow extra limbs like tendrils, form armor, and more, plus he has cellular level regeneration that allows him to heal as long as a single cell remains. Application on other entities is basically Idle Transfiguration from Jujutsu Kaisen, allowing him to twist and morph the form of opponents into anything he wants, he can even absorb them
Reactive Adaptation, self explanatory. Varkas can adapt to almost anything, if you hit him with a reality cutting sword but it doesn't kill him, he adapts to that sword and becomes immune to it's reality slicing. But if you manage to obliterate him on the cellular level before he adapts, that obviously kills him
Ability Copying, Varkas can copy abilities via a single piece from his target. It doesn't matter what his target is made of, he just needs a tiny bit to absorb and copy the abilities. His two favorite copied abilities are Kinetic Energy Absorption and Auxiliary Eyes
Kinetic Energy Absorption allows him to absorbed kinetic energy like a sponge, storing it in his body to either redirect it or gather enough kinetic energy to release it as the Kinetic Ray of Instant Death, which disintegrates things on the atomic level.
Auxiliary Eyes is basically Sharingan, enhanced perception beyond mortal limits, enhanced tracking, seeing through illusions, seeing in the dark etc etc
And his True Form, where he eats 20 sapient brains to grow an armored exoskeleton and scorpion tail. This boosts his strength (which allows him to strike with the same amount of force as the strongest strike he has ever taken, which is from a guy who could punch black holes into existence), speed, and durability.
Scaling wise, he is FTL (60 million times faster than light when he caught up to a spacecraft moving at such speeds), FTL reactions, Planetary to Solar System level strength, and Planetary durability
Your oc stabs Varkas in the stomach with their blade, and Varkas says this. How would they react and what would they do
Meet John and Jane
Appearence: 6'0", split colors, on the right side is all white but on the left is all black, half black and white trenchcoat, half black and white tie, half black and white pants, one white shoe one black shoe, split black and white top hat with split color band, pure white skin on right side and pure black skin on left side, white side (Jane) looks like a smiling comedy mask although it isn't a mask it's her face, the black side (John) however resembles the tragedy mask.
Lore: John and Jane were born when a Life Particle, the catalyst capable of creating universes, collided with an Anti-Life Particle (basically antimatter). Typically, when such absolute opposites clash, a black hole forms and destroys the universe. This time, however, something else happened. The creative properties of the Life Particle infused the unstable matter with sentience, shaping it into two seemingly humanoid figures: one completely white, and one completely black. At this stage, the two siblings were basically infants. Before they could even open their eyes, they were caught in the gravitational pull of a nearby planet. They plummeted through the atmosphere, crashing into two entirely different regions of the world. Jane (the white one), landed in the part of the world of pure whimsy and joy. Raised in this paradise, she learned kindness, compassion, and everything good the world had to offer. Meanwhile, John (the black one), crashed into a dark, unforgiving wasteland. There, he was raised on a diet of sorrow, malice, and melancholy, and other negative emotions. When the siblings reached the equivalent of 20 years old, they finally crossed paths. Even though they had no memories of one another, they somehow recognized each other as family. Jane was ecstatic, overjoyed to finally meet her brother. John, however, had a mixed bag of emotions, he was sad, angry, depressed, and frustrated. Despite their radically different personalities, they spent quality sibling time together, doing normal things such as stargazing and eating at restaurants, right up until they discovered they possessed universe-ending powers. While testing the limits of their abilities, they accidentally obliterated the planet they called home. John was devastated by the destruction. Jane, completely incapable of processing negative emotions, could only smile blankly through the destruction. With their home gone, the two siblings began a years-long drift through the silent vacuum of space, with nothing more than each other. That was until they bumped into a spaceship, the Malakors, a hyper intelligent alien species capable of creating world ending weapons and creating chemicals capable of giving any being supernatural abilities. The captain of the ship decided to use John and Jane as bio weapons, but first commanding his scientists to teach the two siblings how to properly control their powers, inorder not to blow up the Malakorian Ship like they did with their home. John and Jane learned many things, but the key subject they learned was about Life and Anti-Life Particles and their properties. Just as they mastered their powers and were ready to help the Malakors on their invasion of various planets, John and Jane escaped the ship, bypassing security and ejecting themselves via escape pod. And so, John and Jane wandered the universe, going on various adventures and meeting various peculiar characters.
Abilities: Life and Anti-Life Particle Manipulation. John and Jane can manipulate Life and Anti-Life Particles, these particles are the smallest particles in existence and are smaller than subatomic particles, the particles make up physical and non-physical matter to literal space time. They can create anything once combined together, and when I mean anything I mean anything. In basic summary, Life Particles can create everything and anything, while Anti-Life Particles create everything negative and bad. Meaning they can create tangible things and intangible things, objects and energy, and more. John and Jane are made of these same particles, in fact their clothes are just an extension of their body and they can even separate into two different entities. Meaning they can manipulate their own body, from shapeshifting, strengthening their atomic structure, moving their atoms to another place for teleportation, and more.
Let's discuss Jane's application of Life Particle Manipulation. Jane can reach into her top hat (or her pockets) and pull out anything from a working laser blaster to a bouquet of flowers or a massive anvil. She isn't teleporting items, she is gathering raw Life Particles and instantly organizing them into complex matter. Jane can also imbue things with Life Particles, bringing them to life, like a rock into a crab, a pool noodle into a snake, teeth into bees, and more. And if whatever Jane brings to life is part of a greater whole, they desire to reunite with their greater half, basically if she turns your bullets into flies the flies will try to go back into the gun...and yes this is inspired by Gold Experience from Jojo's. By transferring positive emotions and Life Particles into an ally, she can instantly heal them and grant them a massive speed and morale boost. However, the target becomes so overwhelmingly joyful that they lose their sense of danger and lose the ability to feel any negative emotions for 24 hours. Jane can supercharge the Life Particles in an environment. This manifests as rapid, whimsical plant growth, blindingly joyful light, and a wave of pure euphoria that can pacify an entire army. It heals wounds instantly, but it’s overwhelming opponents are often left crying tears of joy, completely unable to fight. If an enemy fires a world ending laser at her, her absolute belief that "everything will be fine" alters the particle structure of the incoming attack. The laser might turn into a massive stream of harmless confetti, or the bullet might bounce off her top hat with a cartoonish boing sound. It allows her to survive devastating environments and attacks. In summary, Jane is a walking talking Looney Tunes character.
Now let's discuss John's application of Anti-Life Particle Manipulation. John can vibrate every particle in his body, allowing him to phase through anything, but John mainly uses it for offense. When John vibrates his body and phases his arm into someone, he destabilizes their atomic structure until they completely get ripped apart and their atoms spread across space time until they're millions of light-years away from any living creature. John can create a pocket dimension from thin air, the inside of this dimension is a Solar System with a dying star. The star will obviously go supernova and obviously kill whoever is inside excluding John and Jane. John can use Anti-Life Particles to utterly obliterate anything that isn't negative, buildings, towns, cities, mountains, islands, countries, continents, planets and more. Literally anything that comes in contact with Anti-Life Particles get obliterated into oblivion. John's main use of this is his Delere, John accelerates Anti-Life Particles to just under the speed of light to form a particle beam, once this beam comes in contact with a living organism or anything else, the object or creature will get erased from existence and have their soul destroyed. And when I mean erased I do mean erased, they get erased from the Omniverse, which is an extreme feat because only a few people in my verse can erase things on an Omniversal level. John can coat his hands or shoes in Anti-Life Particles, when he coats his hands with the particles and touches something the object will disintegrate on the sub-atomic level, literally getting reduced to microscopic pieces.
Now that's just John and Jane's main use of the particles, there are a lot more uses, it's basically Omni Manipulation. They can bend space, teleport, manipulate time, walk on thin air, manipulate solar energy, manipulate energy in general, manipulate matter, read minds, use telekinesis, be clairvoyant, predict the future, fly, stealing the atoms from another person's body. Replacing the particles in a person just in case they're not made of Life and Anti-Life Particles so they can control them, erase memories, create shields, manipulate souls, cast illusions, create magic, make black holes, condense a planet into one cheese ball size sphere for consumption, grab intangible beings, see invisible things, manipulate reality, change your personality, and many MANY more.
Hax: Ultimate Form, when in a scenario where death is imminent. John and Jane can fuse into a form of absurd power, they become the God of Balance, Abraxas. In this form, John and Jane's consciousness fuse into a single unified consciousness that can feel and express both negative and positive emotions, their bodies fuse, their trench coat and top hat disappear only revealing a humanoid figure of gender-ambiguity, with black limbs and a white torso. Abraxas is the one of the most powerful beings in my verse, they embody balance and neutrality, they share John and Jane's original abilities. But with a new one, the Grand Neutralizer, Abraxas can let out an invisible conceptual pulse, anything caught within this pulse will become neutral on the physical, mental, spiritual, conceptual and existential level. Here's an explanation: all objects have potential, an object has potential to move left or right, up or down, anywhere. This goes for anything, even thinking or souls (i.e mental and spiritual level), for thinking, your brain or your conscience has potential to think of anything, whether it be what type of water you drink or the answer to a math equation. For souls it's basically the same thing for physical objects, spiritual objects or souls have potential to move in any direction. Now the conceptual and existential part, let's treat your very existence and concept as a physical object for this one. Your existence has potential, it can be real, not real, exist, not exist, while your concept also has potential, being able to change into anything, like the concept of an apple, it can be green, red, rotten, ripe, small, big and more. With all that in mind, it all gets trapped in a state of neutrality, not being able to do anything, physically you can't move or not move, mentally you can't think or not think, spiritually you cannot move and not move, existentially you cannot exist and not exist, and conceptually your concept cannot change into anything. On every level you're suspended in a complex state, leaving you open for any attack, but just leaving you in this state for long enough causes the victim to fade away from existence, literally being forgotten.
Feats: John and Jane are are made of Life and Anti-Life Particles, Life Particles can create entire universes while Anti-Life Particles can destroy them, so they can just do that if they want to. John and Jane withstood the pull of a black hole by using an umbrella. Jane ate a Time Bomb, an explosive that could erase anything in a 50 mile radius from the time stream, and Jane withstood that exploding inside of her, she said "That tastes like cake with a hint of gun powder". John fought this time traveler, the time traveler went back in time and killed John and Jane when they were infants. Usually this would kill John and Jane in the present, but as John was fading from time he forced himself back together, and Jane did that to. John can lift a Malakorian Mother Ship, said ship was the same size as the moon and weighed 300,000,000,000,000 tons. John used Delere on a person who could survive existential annihilation thanks to a goddess's blessing, yet Delere still worked on the guy. Jane once pulled out a comically large tennis racket and swatted away a meteor the size of Venezuela. In their ultimate form, Abraxas managed to defeat the King in Yellow Goldar, who existed in a state of Existential Uncertainty, meaning that Goldar is unsure of his quantum state meaning he can choose to be hit or not hit. Abraxas ripped off Goldar's arm and the wound was permanent.
Weaknesses: Nonexistent Teamwork, Jane doesn't like hurting people because she's a goody two-shoes, while John has no problem with absolutely annihilating a person. They are literally the antithesis to each other, so they obviously clash, but this isn't a problem when they're Abraxas. Total Erasure, if you bring John and Jane into a reality where nothing exists, no matter, no concepts no nothing, and destroy them there by erasing every Life and Anti-Life Particle in their body, they die. But if you missed something like a stray speck of dust in space John and Jane can come back from that since that speck of dust is made of Life and Anti-Life Particles.
Personality: Jane (the white side) has only "positive" emotions, like Joy, Happiness, Gratitude, Serenity, Interest, Pride, Hope, Euphoria, Love, Interest and so on. John (the black side) on the other hand can only feel "negative" emotions, like Sadness, Envy/Jealousy, Resentment, Irritation/Annoyance, Frustration, Apprehension, Worry/Nervousness, Loneliness, Anxiety, Embarrassment, Melancholy and so on. With some exceptions, Jane can experience bittersweet emotions which are both "positive" and "negative". While John can be sadistic, experiencing a sick pleasure from hurting other people.
Fun facts: John and Jane sometimes give themselves the surname Greystar, Doe, and Partickle, so you can call them by those 3 different last names they adopted. Jane acts a lot like a magician pulling things from her top hat. Jane and John are canonically genderless beings, but choose to go by the average genders of their names to fit in. If they had sexualities, Jane would be Asexual while John would be Aroace. Jane would be attracted to someone only romantically while John is not attracted to anyone.
Extremely rushed, I wanted to post this as soon as possible. Probably gonna refine the lore and give little tweaks in the future, but right now enjoy John and Jane
Question
How do I make an op oc interesting?
I see people like Mimi and other overpowered OC's. And the oc I'm currently working on is a bit overpowered, and I want them to be interesting.
So can you guys, the more experienced writers, give me advice on how to make an op oc interesting?
My main character oc when Superboy Prime genuinely stops his theme song
Haven't introduced the oc in question into this sub yet
He's only Galaxy to Multi-Galaxy btw
Oc teaser thing
Probably gonna be released in 18 days or smth

I'm bad at schedules
Can you, yes YOU, beat your weakest oc in a fight?
If you can't by yourself, you can chose between these levels of help:
Level 1: A Gun with 5 magazines
Level 2: 3 more people with guns
Level 3: an entire police taskforce
Level 4: a SWAT team
Level 5: the entire US military
Hello guys, here's my Outerveral oc John McOuterversal
