Attempted ap my self. Saw static followed by silhouettes of patterns in black and white then my body feels heavy with tension on my shoulders then I see my self in the bed I lay on. Still lying down I see my room wall with a window outside a veiw of a peaceful sunny meadow and there I am lying looking out this window. I was unable to progress further and everything faded to black afterwards. I only feel vibrations in my arms and legs there on. What should I try next time to further progress my obe ?
