T-Con account linked to Taekwondo Canada email?
Hi everyone,
I tested for my 1st Dan three years ago and I can FINALLY find myself on T-Con.
My understanding of the process here in Canada is that our individual schools submit the Kukkiwon paperwork to Taekwondo Canada, and they handle registering our ranks.
I expected that once the process was complete, I would be able to create my own T-Con account. However, when I attempt to register now, it tells me that an account already exists and that it is linked to kukkiwon@taekwondo-canada.com.
Have any fellow Canadians run into this issue? Do I contact Taekwondo Canada and ask them to “release” the account to me and change the email address to my personal one? I am not entirely sure how to go about fixing this. I can’t find any information about this on the Taekwondo Canada website.
According to my Master, I am the only student who has ever asked about creating a T-Con account, so he isn’t entirely sure how to handle it. We usually just go through Taekwondo Canada for anything Kukkiwon-related.
