I saw two teenagers on a bike, and they were behind a tempo out for supplying lassi, milk etc. At the turn when the tempo slowed down one of the guy sitting in pillion stole a packet from the tempo. I was behind them going the opposite direction but I saw this and was confused. The supply guy has to give explanation for each packet as the shopkeeper who receives the stock also counts before taking it. Why mess with the life of a poor person just for a mere 10 rs packet. But I guess we can't do anything because in reality only fear of consequences prevents people from doing anything without it, it's just anarchy.
