What’s the thoughts on ESOP? A few years In on ours, and I sit on our esop communication committee. I want to be able to communicate to new employees about the value of it, but it’s occasionally hard myself to see beyond “its hard to see benefits until your senior and have a lot of shares”. On one hand I like that we all have ownership but occasionally it feels like a pyramid scheme benefitting those who got in early. And I want something besides “if we all hit utilization goals, you make more money potentially” as a motivation factor for it to increase a sense of ownership.

Context, it’s not our only retirement plan. We still get 401k match.
