hi guys, i started on prozac 20mg about 2 months ago and increased to 40mg about a week ago but anyways i prefer to take them at night right before bed and sometimes i miss my pill or ill fall asleep and take it in the middle of the night when i wake up (because prozac has given me the worst insomnia). i guess im just wondering how strict i need to be with the time that i take it and such and if me taking it sporadically like this has any negative effects?

also i haven’t just been missing pills left and right, i’ve missed maybe 2-3 (all spaced out) since i started, it’s more just me taking them at random times and not sticking to a schedule.
