It’s a 2bd/2bath with a kitchen and living room.
The room I’m trying to transfer the lease of is approximately 200 sq. ft. with a walk in closet and a bathroom. It could comfortably fit 2 people with desks and beds.

I’m looking to switch to different housing due to financial and personal issues.
Lease runs from September to September.
Security deposit is $1950.

There is a TV in the living room, a couch, and plenty of cooking amenities. The landlord will fix any issues with the place as well at no cost (plumbing, etc.)

My housemate is currently a 3rd year pre med bio student. He’s super nice. He has his own room & bathroom.
