Went to sleep last night after taking my meds, and ended up tossing and turning in agony because my left knee had subluxated.

I couldn't extend or bend it, couldn't shift it back into place, and all my muscles spasmed from my calf to my lower back. I had briefly considered I might have HSD before, as I've had this kind of subluxation persistently my whole life but never considered myself "hypermobile", but after 1300mg of tylenol, a knee brace and lots of tears, I'm going to the doctors. Yay.
