I recently moved into Alexan Camellia apartment and figured I’d make a post since there wasn’t a lot of detailed resident info online when I was apartment searching.

I toured a lot of apartments in the area before choosing this one, so I can also compare it with some nearby options if helpful.

My thoughts so far:

• Very new building
• Good amenities
• Quieter than I expected
• Pricing is expensive, but concessions helped
