Apartment/Housing Help
Hi everyone. I'm in a rough housing situation and could really use some help and suggestions. I must be out of my current place on July 1st as the property has been sold. My problem is that my credit is rough. I had a long term serious illness that destroyed my credit. I'm okay now and don't expect any more problems but I'm still in the process of rebuilding my life and my credit.
The caveat is that I inherited a bunch of money and as such can pay many months in advance/cover any upfront costs. Financial resources are not the problem but I very likely would not pass any credit check yet. I have a decent job in Morristown as well. I don't exactly know what to do in this situation. I'm looking for something around $2500 a month. I would very much appreciate any suggestions or if anyone knows of a place that might consider me. Thanks so much for any help you might be able to provide.
