Willow tree dying?

Hello! My mom has three willow trees that she planted in her backyard a few years back and one of the three appears to be wilting? Any idea what might be happening to this one? Here are a few pics of the tree in question as well as the two other trees that seem to be doing fine. If you need any more info or pictures let me know.

Located in NY if that helps.
