Im not sure if this is mantle collapse or normal. I really dont want my snail to die and im stressing hard someone please tell me my snail is okay, she left her shell i bit but when i took the second pic she went back in HELP ME😓😓😓😓

My snail has been resting for about two days and it looks like she separated from her shell wjay is going on

MY SNAIL NEEDS HELPP!!!! He is lookin a bit skinny, hes been puffy for like 5 days now he is eating and being active but IDK WHAYS GOING ONNN ive had him so long i really hope hes not dying. I had old water for a littlebit so i think he might be reacting to thay but idk HELP

My snail is super puffed up and hanging very low when sleeping, he has a snail friend and has layed before and i noticed my water was super old so i changed it out but hes been like this for 4-5 days. I really hope hes not sick ive had him for about 9 months, someone please help!!!!
