How do you even start filing back taxes when you're several years behind

Sitting here looking at a stack of unfiled paperwork from 2021 thru 2024 and im ready to throw up. Everytime i tell myself todays the day i freeze bcs i dont even know where to begin.
So i missed one year bcs of a job change and personal disaster then next year the panic set in and here i am four years late with a vague IRS letter in my hand. I dont even know where half my W2s are.
What do i do? contact the IRS first? Hire a CPA? get a tax resolution service? Im scared of waking up to a levy or wage garnishment one day.

For those running TV, how much visibility do you actually have into placements?

We run a mix of linear and CTV, and on the programmatic side the reporting we get back is... fine, I guess? Some app-level breakdowns depending on the DSP, but the actual placement detail is pretty thin to say the least. I can see that we spent across sports or news but getting to a more granular level to see where a specific spot actually aired feels like pulling teeth.

What makes it weirder is that on the linear side we have clearer post-buy reconciliation than we do on some of the CTV buys. That feels backward to me. CTV is supposed to be the more measurable channel.

What is getting me is trying to figure out - is this just a vendor-by-vendor thing, or is there something structural about how the supply chain is set up that makes real placement-level transparency hard to deliver regardless of who you're buying through?

Curious what setups people are running where they feel like they have genuine visibility, not just impressions and reach estimates, but actual confirmation of where the spot ran.
