The gameplay has nothing to do with the song, he just put the song on while playing.

At the beginning of the song, there is a deep voice that goes like "Skimbadabaium" before an accordion starts playing and a higher pitched singer starts singing while playing the accordion. The higher pitched singer says "Hoo-hay" a few times.

Qzeq is a Finnish streamer/YouTuber so that makes me think it's a Finnish song, especially since he sometimes speaks Finnish on stream. In a previous VOD, he showed what I believe is the video for the song. It's a black and white video where one guy is playing an accordion and singing while another guy sings some lines.

Because of the black and white video, I believe the song was recorded in the mid 70s or earlier. I tried using Shazam and about 5 other song finder websites but they found nothing. I uploaded the clip onto YouTube since the part is buried an hour 30 minutes in or so.
