I've been working on a tool, initially as a Lost Ark asset viewer/export but eventually became a full on modding tool allowing for essentially total replacement of assets. I made a post about this recently but took it down as there was a chance SG could take notice, now I don't really care though I've had enough of this trash game. I may release this as a public repo, it's pretty much as feature complete as it probably can get.
But for all who are interested, the game is essentially an open book. I am able to modify and replace any textures and mesh (for the mesh the original skeleton must be kept, anything else is fair game). So far I've modified textures and meshes for some player outfits on Female Warrior and Female Martial Artist classes and some NPCs such as Echidna and Brelshaza (mostly limited to proportion edits for meshes as I don't know how to 3D model). I'm surprised no similar tools have come to light in the past few years, or maybe some have but have kept it close to their chest. Have had modified UPKs installed for several weeks with no ban.
Either way, hope you all enjoy Brelshaza Nightmare prog. Maybe I might release a gooner Brelshaza UPK to help ease the pain. F U Smilegate.
