Wondering if I will get a ticket!
So I was in London and I went through a right turn light on green to turn right but stopped after the line to figure out where to go as I was trying to figure out if I needed to turn around I was lost due to a diversion and stressed after a long drive from Scotland, Stupid I know.. I was stopped after the line vehicle did not move at all but the light went red while I was stationary and it flashed twice. Will I get a ticket?

Weekly rest infringement
Hi guys so I'm a relatively new driver June this year and I have worked Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday this week.
I wasn't supposed to work Friday but got delayed on Wednesday and Thursday which meant I didn't get back up the road from London until Friday and now I have an EWR2 failing to take a 24 hour rest within 6 days working. I think I'm around 4 hours beyond when I should have stopped working but I'm not 100% on that.
My transport manager says I'll be fine and to explain the situation if I get pulled but just wondering is this a big deal? It's my first infringement since I started. I'm now on a 45 hour rest to hopefully compensate for this, just wondering your guys opinion.
