i havent read the books (yet) so maybe i’m missing something but i am so curious as to what other people think about how rose so boldly guesses that shane is gay after only having hooked up twice and it not working out.. like that number doesnt seem that crazy to me (especially with his genuinely good reason of the season stressing him out even if it isnt true). idk i know people think she handled the conversation really nicely and with kindness and i generally agree, but i also think she corners him a bit too quickly and sorta throws miles into the mix in a weird way a few times. speaking from a place of someone who protects and cares for their friends experiences and feelings deeply lol
