I am new to this advertising industry, currently in an indian agency. Wasn’t looking for this role but kinda stumbled onto it and liking the work. I am in a media consulting role overlooking TV, radio, cinema and sports advertising.) I already have a fair grasp of planning, buying and ops work. (Been here almost a year.) I feel it is time to make a switch into a role with broader prospect similar to a growth manager or marketing role in Meta, amazon or google.

Can you guys advice what skills I need to switch to these kind of roles or what should be my next step?
