Apartment recommendations?
I'm looking for a one bedroom apartment in Tyler $1000 or under, that's within about 15 minutes of the hospitals. My biggest priorities are good management, price, and feeling at least somewhat safe. I toured a duplex on Ross Avenue that was in my price range and even had two bedrooms, but I honestly didn't feel very safe. At the same time, I don't want to judge a neighborhood based on one visit, so I'm wondering if anyone has experience living in that area or has other apartment recommendations that fit what I'm looking for.
