Do any one’s e-visa is added to passport in UKVI account on Saturday or Sunday following an escalation from agent to e-visa manual processing team

I applied Uk visit visa for my mom and got approval on May 13 however, I only filled the form and did identify check today and just only received email that the evisa is still linking to account. So i booked flight on coming Wednesday I contact home office agents via chat and got to know the registration was not completed so, did everything again but same initial email and no confirmation email stating that it is linked so again contact agents via chat one confirmed that it was done but others did stay neutral all time. Don’t know why it’s still not linked and my friend got it minutes later when they did second time after they receive from UKVI team that the eyes are not looking at Camera when completed the form the evisa linked straight away unlike me so need to where it went wrong. one agent said I should contact them in 24 hours if it’s not done and other said have to give it a couple days more so don’t know what to do now. Does anyone got on second day emai saying that the evisa is linked and no need to anything again and do the emails receive on Saturday and Sunday aswell. I don’t know why agents are not following the same rule they will give different and random answers. Please help
