So it was my 21st birthday I got my first in tree rn and wanted to spend some money on myself
I did research and bought myself mt first official bts album from a well renowned business from insta

At first I was told there would be a 40 day wait
I waited patiently sent emails when I needed updates
Even sent multiple insta dms
No reply on insta dms
And mail only said to wait 49 days first
It’s been more than 60 days now
I again sent mails and dms
There hasn’t been any update till now
Idk what to do
The money isn’t the main issue I was just really looking forward to my first official album
Ps army since 2017
I feel sad and cheated by the brand
