Need Fade Help
I’ve been cutting my own hair for a decade. Simple symmetrical low faux hawk with a high fade (wahl#1.5 at the crown with a #5 at the center of my head. Easy peasy, clippers only. Takes 10 minutes twice a month. I use a cordless Wahl trimming set from Walmart and a trifold mirror that hangs over my bathroom door (also Walmart I believe.) I style with American Crew traditional gel for high hold, or a soft pomade for a slightly more casual look.
My hairline is receding and I’m trying to transition to a similar fade but swept to the right for more of a British military styled combover (no part).
My fade on the left is the same as it’s always been, that’s not the issue. I can’t figure out the trim on the right where the hair is being swept toward with the combover. Does anyone have any guides or tips on how to get everything where I want it?
