Advice for a soon to be homeless 15F

So basically, at the end of May, I'll be getting kicked out. At this point, who knows why. My home life is already hard, and my mom (grandma) kicking me out is really a blessing. My only true problems are that 1. she's the one over my trusts, and 2. I have no one else/nowhere else to go. I live in Houston, and I need advice for the Houston area specifically. At this point in time, this is my last resort. (this was also posted in r/homeless )

Update

So this is an update to my previous post in r/homeless,

Its may, and I'm still very worried and need more advice about living arrangements. I'm fearing that I will be homeless for these upcoming months till my 16th birthday, when I can get a job. I need places (please not the cov) that are taking in youth around my age (12-17). I just need enough time to get on my feet from there. I kinda feel like I'm doomed and that my life is going to be ruined if I don't figure something out, and I really just need encouragement that all will be fine, no matter what happens to me..
