I worked as a cnc machinist in gta 72100, skill trades and will complete my 2 years in 2027 September. However, my employer also supporting me for oinp new stream.

And my ee score is 425 with years experience
And oinp old score were77.

I know both of them are low and my celpip score is 11,8,9,8.

Now two options
Should i start to learn french and achieve clb 5 as i have 13 months or should i focus on celpip or ielts and achieve clb 9 in all and wait for oinp or ee…
Please help and guide me..
