I've got a 2080 TI with a fan that's falling off the bearings. Replacing it isn't really an option right now so I'm trying to set that fan to 0 and let the tower fan plus an in house fan keep the GPU cool but I cannot get It to maintain a 0 while doing things on my PC. Is there any workaround to this?

Edit : thanks to all who answered in a reasonable fashion I appreciate it. Will stop gaming until replaced!
