Impact of Consumer Awareness and Legitimacy-Based Trust on Decarbonisation in Last-Mile Logistics.
Purpose: This questionnaire is designed for UK consumers who use online shopping or parcel delivery services. The data will support study examining how consumer environmental awareness and trust influence responses towards decarbonisation initiatives in last-mile logistics. These response are for academic purpose but may also use to publish journal article or conference paper, however the response will remain confidential and anonymous.
