I have been trying to contact kitcogo and various other website sellers like kitddm through email but it always says

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

There's a problem with the recipient's mailbox. Please try resending your message. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin.

If anyone knows about this please help, thanks!
