Post Hardening?

Hey everyone!
I've just completed hardening of my tomatoes and other plants, however we are expecting crappy weather for 3-4 days. They will be inside for that duration and will be transplanted after it warms back up on Wednesday. I suspect they will be okay and not too stressed out within that timeframe? I've seen some information advising a soft return outside, but wanted to get more information on how to proceed. 😄

Some of its leaves are folding up which are dry to the touch. Has recently been potted up and got some 3:2:3 fertilizer. Should I amp up on the fertilizer by getting one with a higher ratio? Or is the issue something else?
