Is there a way to report a shipper who is mailing hazmat without declaring it? Does anyone actually care if it’s not us accepting it over the counter and messing up?

Hey y’all I’m a PTF clerk at one of the offices that just got switched from time card to scanning in and out using the MDD to record our times.
When my PM was checking our times today I asked about Saturday, I clocked out at like 3.75 hours and asked how they are going to adjust that to my contractually guaranteed 4 hours. They called the help desk and the help desk told them they were not allowed (or unable maybe?) to adjust that up to 4 hours, and that I needed to contact the NLRB about it??
I’m not super salty about this one occurrence, but that is an insane answer, there has to be a work around for supervisors to put in our guaranteed minimum hours, right?
