What are they feeding these bots man, bro was actually playing out of his mind
I don't know what is it with this mode in particular, this is my first time playing LC so maybe I'm just missing something and I just have an skill issue, but never playing this game did I feel as screwed over by RNG than this mode, or why everyone just shifts to bagging and item spam (could be a genuinely interesting case study tbh), and never in this game have I felt actual emotional distress, every other mode, be it World Matches, Race Park, Time Trials, whatever, I could always give a plausible reason why I didn't place first or didn't get a good time, or if I won I could also point out what I did right, I will not bore you all with the specifics, this post is already too long, but 99% of the time my feedback to myself always boiled down to: "I just need to play a bit better, I am consistent, but I am not perfect, there is always room for improvement," and even during times where I got overtaken in the last second due to a lucky item hit from an opponent… I just shrugged it off, it happens, that's just the nature of item based kart racers, but even then these moments were few and far between, and I would at most drop one or two positions, I still felt like my skill and time practicing in TT and Race Park mattered, but in LC I get hit by three drills and a billion monster trucks on the final straight and drop from 1st to 10th, it feels like my skill doesn't matter, and this is supposed to be the crown jewel of srcw ranked, am I the only one that feels like this?
