Somehow got champions belt in back to back runs on Jules and had to try it hot and cold. Turns out to be a pretty amazing item either way. Seems I will never be skipping Byg fight again
I am not sure how to formally submit a bug report but there are definitely some weird things going on with the Primal Energy skill. I could not find any rhyme or reason as to how it assigned the relic tag but not the +5 damage buff. Seems to be some sort of inventory issue or perhaps a visual bug. Not sure but wouldn't mind some conformation that I am not crazy.
