On chrome, tab bar is hidden on small windows and enabled on big automatically. Is there a way to do this on firefox?

Bad performance on 26.04
On my ThinkPad E14 Gen7 with Ultra 7 255H I have a very strange problem with kubuntu. Animations lag, cursor works at like 30 fps. Am I the only one with this issue?
