Any recommendations for books that aren’t toooooo spicy?
I’m sorry if you all aren’t a fan of posts like this but I’m hoping I can get some recommendations.
I’m in a bit of a rut I think. I just can’t find something I want to read. I like spice, but I don’t care for super explicit stuff (like using the C-word during sex scenes) that makes the book feel like they were more interested in the smut and not on the actual story line. A court of silver flames for example is one where I thought they cared more about making it steamy than the actual story line. I’d say I like to hang around a level 2-3 out of 5 in regard to spice level.
Some series I have read and really liked are:
Fourth wing
A court of thorns and roses
Dire bound
Love and other words -not fantasy but still loved it
Powerless
Lightlark
The inheritance games-also not really fantasy but still found it interesting.
I was going to start on the Throne of glass series at some point.
If anyone has any recommendations I would love to hear!
