Help I literally don't know what to do
So I'm on a quest to help natty but every time I crouch or try to go in there I can't use any of my spells and I don't know what to do.

Hi so I've been doing the Aurora quest thingy and I've got to the last bit and Idk what it wants me to do, people online says I need the Cape or a friend that has the Cape but I don't really have the Cape and none of my friends seem to want to help me
