Genisis Mix Up May Cost Me Everything. Help?

I made it through BMT.

Sort of.

Week 7, two days before coin ceremony.

I get called to medical and told I have a case review. I had no idea what that meant.

I was told that a review of my medical records after an injury in week one showed that I had a chronic condition that is disqualifying. This was something that Genisis pulled, not something newly diagnosed or hidden. They don’t know how MEPs didn’t catch it or how I got to BMT without a waiver.

I was super honest at MEPs and ended up not needing any waivers. There were three things that popped up i had to prove that weren’t actually my medical records. One being that I only had one leg

The problem is I don’t have this condition. I’ve never been told I have this condition. In fact, part of the work up after my injury included the testing for this condition, and that testing was negative.

It’s one where if I ever had it, there’d be residual effects and scarring. It would be impossible to hide, overlook, or otherwise miss with the testing. I told the doctor this and she said the decision was final and there wasn’t a rebuttal. I fought for a rebuttal but was told they’d move forward with ELS for me to try again at home.

I was given a 3A re-entry code and told I have to go home, try for a waiver, and then try to come back for a condition I do not have.

My recruiter is telling me she doesn’t know how to work a code and I’d be a low priority.

What are my options here? I have the documentation stating that I don’t have this condition. I worked way too hard for all of this to end because of MHS Genesis being weird.

I’ve been sent home to a state I no longer have residence in with nowhere to go and low job opportunities and I have no idea what to do.
