So I'm plan on leaving my old job since it sucks. I did an interview, and I got an offer letter, but I am trying to see what is a better option. One is 15$ with benefits like insurance, retirement building, and pto. On the other is 18$ with nothing. This would be like my third job ever in my life so I don't know which is the better option. The benefits sound better in my head, but I want a second opinion before I commit.
