I don’t have many people to share this with, but I’m proud of my results. I was super bloated after surgery. This is 1 week post op -> 2 months post op.

Over scheduling with caseload
Has anyone ever said no to taking on a client because it would max out their schedule? I would have to work 6 days a week or do a 13 hour day. Each client is an hour or so commute there and back every day.
